Eat healthy - Zumba lifestyle

Now that you have an idea about Zumba dance and its benefits, I would like to share with you some of my recipes that are a part of my nutrition plan. This plan was recommended by my Zumba's instructor, she is from Mexico and you could see that some ingredients have Mexican's flavors.  I included a slideshow that contains pictures of five meals that be eaten in a day.

There is only a couple of additional tips worth caring about:

  • Drink plenty of water each day and
  • Keep junk food to a minimum.

Remember, your nutrition plan is equally as important as your workout routine.

  2. Your slideshow is working now, just in case you were wondering. It is always good to eat a good balanced diet. I try but don't always succeed but am trying to be better and also add exercise into it.

  3. Thank you for the information. I agree eating a balanced diet is what everyone should follow, however it can be difficult. Living in such a fast paced world, it's hard to keep on track with so much convenience.

  4. My friends hate how I'm able to eat pretty much what ever I want and stay in shape. I just had my military APFT and got a 265 and I didn't diet or even work out for over 6 months.

  5. Very useful information. I too however am able to eat whatever I want and I don't gain a single pound. Even without exercising. But I do try to eat healthier things sometimes because I know just because you may look healthy, inside may be a totally different story.
