There is only a couple of additional tips worth caring about:
- Drink plenty of water each day and
- Keep junk food to a minimum.
Remember, your nutrition plan is equally as important as your workout routine.
Don't diet, only dancing to get in shape while having fun. The main objective of this blog is let you know what is Zumba Dance.

ReplyDeleteYour slideshow is working now, just in case you were wondering. It is always good to eat a good balanced diet. I try but don't always succeed but am trying to be better and also add exercise into it.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the information. I agree eating a balanced diet is what everyone should follow, however it can be difficult. Living in such a fast paced world, it's hard to keep on track with so much convenience.
ReplyDeleteMy friends hate how I'm able to eat pretty much what ever I want and stay in shape. I just had my military APFT and got a 265 and I didn't diet or even work out for over 6 months.
ReplyDeleteVery useful information. I too however am able to eat whatever I want and I don't gain a single pound. Even without exercising. But I do try to eat healthier things sometimes because I know just because you may look healthy, inside may be a totally different story.
